1. Welcome

These Terms govern your use of Tuxedo, a free, community-run penguin world. By creating a penguin or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can play

Tuxedo is made for kids and families. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and provide consent before you play. Parents are responsible for their child’s use of Tuxedo.

3. Your account

  • Choose a penguin name that is not your real name and not offensive.
  • Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • Don’t share or sell accounts, or use someone else’s account.

4. Be a good penguin (code of conduct)

To keep Tuxedo safe and fun for everyone, do not:

  • Bully, harass, threaten, or be mean to other players.
  • Use inappropriate, hateful, sexual, or violent language or content.
  • Share personal information (real name, address, phone, email, school), yours or anyone else’s.
  • Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools.
  • Spam, advertise, or try to disrupt the game or other players.
  • Impersonate staff or other players.

5. Moderation

Chat is filtered and may be reviewed by moderators. We may warn, mute, kick, suspend, or ban accounts that break these Terms, at our discretion, to keep the community safe, especially for younger players.

6. It’s free & fan-made

Tuxedo is a non-commercial community fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney or the Club Penguin brand. We don’t charge to play.

7. No warranty

Tuxedo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The game may change, go offline, or lose data at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for damages arising from your use of Tuxedo.

8. Ending access

You can stop playing anytime, and a parent can request account deletion. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
